STORY BEHIND THE SONG
We've all made mistakes. We've all experienced failure. Sometimes, the pain makes us afraid to try again, frozen behind walls in a prison of our own creation. Sometimes, it takes someone who really loves us to get us out that door and try again. But what do we do when that person cannot always be there? Or, what happens when, eventually, that person makes mistakes? Shame starts to creep into the relationship, which means someone may be tempted to keep their mistakes secret.

And in this, I hear the words that "Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy"

When we are in Love, goes beyond our mistakes because we are not unforgivable. Coming clean and embracing the truth puts an end to shame one way or another. Then, we can learn to forgive ourselves and keep trying. We can learn to forgive others, and find the courage to get out that door again and again!
